🔧 ORDER PROCESS
Do I receive a design proof?
A design proof will be sent only if the proof option is selected during the order process.
If selected, the proof will typically be sent within 48 hours. Once the proof is approved, your graphics will move into production.
If we do not receive approval or feedback within 48 hours of sending the proof, the order may automatically move into production using the submitted design information in order to avoid delays.
If the proof option is not selected, production will begin directly based on the information provided during checkout.
⏱ PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 7–10 business days depending on current demand.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is included in a graphics kit?

I have restyle plastics or aftermarket parts. Can you do graphics for them?
Yes! During the order form online, simply list the details in the ‘Aftermarket Parts’ section of the order. We will ensure to organize the correct template on your graphics to fit. If there are any issues, we will contact you directly.
Do the graphics cover the entire plastics/hull?
No. Our graphics are kits, not full wraps. They are designed to cover the main panels of the bike plastics or jetski hull while following the original shapes of the surfaces.
Do you offer installation?
No, we do not offer installation services. Our focus is on delivering the best design and print experience possible. All graphics are designed for straightforward installation, but we recommend professional installation if you are not comfortable applying them yourself.

Can I customize my kit?
Yes. You can customize name, number and colors directly on the product page.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
If there is a manufacturing issue or an error on our side, we will correct or replace the product.

All FL Visual graphics are printed and laminated using premium-grade materials designed for durability and long-term performance.
Our kits include air-release adhesive technology for easier installation.
Will colors match exactly?
Colors may vary slightly between screen display and the final printed product due to screen calibration and printing processes.
We perform regular testing and calibration to maintain the highest level of color accuracy.
