This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, produced, and shipped by FL Visual LLC.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Production Before Shipping
All graphics kits and personalized items are custom-made. Production begins:

After you approve the final design proof (only if the “Design Proof” option is selected at checkout), OR

Immediately if the design proof option is not selected.
Declining the design proof option means production starts based solely on the information you provided.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
2. Order Processing Time
Processing time varies depending on:

Whether a design proof is required

Order volume
-
Product complexity
Shipping time begins after production is completed.
3. Shipping & Transit Times
Shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other external factors.
We are not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
4. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
You are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring availability for delivery.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and reshipping fees may apply.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
We are not liable for:

Unclaimed packages

Refused deliveries

Carrier delays or lost packages due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
Lost package claims must be filed with the carrier.
We will assist with the process but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
8. Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to carrier limitations, we do not ship to certain destinations, including but not limited to:
Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ascension Island, French Southern Territories, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha.
