This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed with FL Visual LLC.
By placing an order, you agree to all terms below.
1. Custom Products & Design Approval
1.1 Custom Production
All graphics kits, decals, and personalized products are manufactured on demand. Production begins:

After you approve the design proof, if the optional “Design Proof” service is selected at checkout, OR
-
Immediately if you choose not to request a design proof.
1.2 Customer Responsibility
By submitting an order, you acknowledge that all information provided (model, year, name, number, logos, colors) must be accurate.
Declining the design proof option constitutes acceptance of all submitted details “as is.”
Custom items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.
2. Color Accuracy
Colors displayed on digital screens (RGB) may vary slightly from printed colors (CMYK).
Variations may also occur due to:

Screen brightness, saturation, and calibration

Differences in OEM motocross plastics (brand, finish, age)
We calibrate our printers and compare colors to real OEM plastics for maximum accuracy.
Minor color variations do not qualify as a defect, return, remake, or refund.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
3.1 Processing Time
Processing timelines begin:

After proof approval (if selected), OR
-
Immediately after order confirmation if no proof is required.
Production and processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity.
3.2 Shipping
Shipping times shown at checkout apply after production is complete.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
3.3 Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
You are responsible for monitoring delivery progress.
4. Returns & Exchanges
4.1 Custom Items – Final Sale
All custom or personalized products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund under any circumstance (except in cases of verified manufacturing error – see Section 5).
4.2 Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned if all of the following conditions are met:

The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds are issued as store credit only
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date issued and will automatically expire afterward.
5. Product Faults or Manufacturing Errors
We will correct any verified manufacturing or fulfillment error. Examples include:

Incorrect template/model used
-
Incorrect number, name, or color due to our mistake

Manufacturing defects (printing issues, material defects, cutting errors)
To process a claim, you must provide:

Clear photos of the issue
-
A description of the problem
-
Your order number and bike model
Once verified, we will replace or remake the affected part(s) at no cost.
Damage caused during installation, improper surface preparation, misuse, or wear is not covered.
6. Shipping Issues, Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for:

Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address

Refused or unclaimed packages

Delays caused by carriers or customs
If an order is returned to us due to customer error, reshipping fees will apply.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. No Shipping Destinations
We do not ship to countries or regions where reliable delivery service is unavailable or import restrictions apply, including (but not limited to):
Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ascension Island, French Southern Territories, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha.
8. Limitation of Liability
FL Visual LLC is not liable for:

Installation errors

Color expectation differences
-
Carrier delays or customs issues

Customer-submitted mistakes

Damage occurring after delivery
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited strictly to the cost of the purchased product.
9. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order with FL Visual LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Shipping & Returns Policy.
