These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by FL Visual LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and all purchases made through our online store.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. Custom Products & Design Approval
2.1 Custom-Made Products
All graphics kits, decals, and personalized items are produced on demand.
These products are tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold or restocked.
2.2 Design Proof Option
If the “Design Proof” option is selected at checkout, production begins only after you approve the final proof.
If the design proof option is not selected, production begins immediately using the information you provided.
You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information (model, year, name, number, logos, colors).
2.3 No Cancellations
Once production has started on any custom product, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All shipping times displayed at checkout represent the estimated delivery window after production is completed.
Processing and production timelines may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and whether a design proof was required.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, weather, or other external factors.
5. Color Accuracy
Colors displayed on digital screens (RGB) may differ slightly from printed materials (CMYK).
We calibrate our printers and compare colors to OEM motocross plastics to ensure accuracy.
Minor color variations are normal and do not constitute a defect or grounds for refund.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Custom Items
All custom or personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
6.2 Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for non-custom items are issued as store credit only, valid for 12 months from issue date.
7. Manufacturing Errors
If a verified manufacturing error occurs, we will repair, replace, or remake the affected component.
Examples include:

Incorrect bike model or template used

Incorrect number, name, or color due to our error

Printing defects, cutting defects, or material flaws
The customer must provide clear photos and a detailed explanation to initiate a claim.
8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for delayed delivery, lost packages, or return-to-sender situations caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels, or refusal of delivery.
Reshipping fees will apply for any returned orders.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, layouts, and content on this website are the exclusive property of FL Visual LLC and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FL Visual LLC is not liable for:

Installation errors or surface-preparation issues

Damage caused by misuse, impact, pressure washing, or improper application

Carrier delays or lost packages

Customer-submitted mistakes

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
