FL Visual LLC is an independent aftermarket performance graphics company based in Arizona.

All products are made-to-order and manufactured specifically for each customer.

1. Production Time

Standard production time:
3–7 business days

Production time does not include shipping time.

During peak season, holidays, or high demand periods, production times may extend.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

2. Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Arizona, United States.

Shipping carriers may include UPS and other professional logistics providers.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

FL Visual is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier disruptions
Weather conditions
Customs inspections
High-volume shipping periods

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

3. International Orders

For international shipments:

Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes
Customs clearance delays are outside our control
Refused shipments due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refund
Shipping charges are non-refundable

FL Visual does not guarantee compliance with regulations outside the United States.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

FL Visual is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

5. Final Sale Policy

All products are custom manufactured and are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Incorrect model or year selected
Buyer’s remorse
Installation errors
Color differences due to screen display
Racing or environmental damage

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives physically damaged in transit:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photo documentation is required
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied

Replacement eligibility is determined solely at FL Visual’s discretion.

7. Installation Disclaimer

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

FL Visual is not responsible for:

Improper surface preparation
Improper installation
Racing damage
Crash damage
Environmental wear

Use of products is at the customer’s own risk.

8. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact FL Visual directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a fraudulent or abusive dispute may result in permanent refusal of future service and additional action as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
